2. Use of the Platform

The App is intended solely for authorized business use by energy audit professionals. You agree to:

• Use the App only for legitimate energy audit and sales activities.
• Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating audits, referrals, and customer records.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when using the App.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the platform.

3. SMS & Automated Messaging

By submitting a referral or customer record with a phone number, you confirm that you have obtained the homeowner's prior express written consent to receive automated text messages from us regarding energy audit scheduling and related services. Message and data rates may apply. Homeowners may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any homeowner or customer data you enter into the platform has been collected lawfully and with the appropriate consent. Do not enter sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the audit or sales process.

5. Photos and Media

By uploading photos to the platform, you confirm you have the right to do so and that the photos are related to the audit in progress. Uploaded content becomes accessible to authorized platform users and managers for review purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are the property of EnergyIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate at all times. Energy savings estimates and AI-generated analyses are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of actual results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnergyIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
