The 5-Level Home Wellness Review
1 · Protect
Smoke/CO test-button function, visible device age/condition, visible leaks/moisture and safety concerns. Standard user-replaceable alarm batteries replaced when needed.
2 · Comfort
Thermostat/comfort, HVAC filter size/condition, visible condensate-pan/line condition and condenser clearance. Up to 2 standard accessible filters replaced per visit.
3 · Efficiency
Utility usage, water-heater type/age/visible condition, visible drips, lighting and major loads. Efficiency opportunities documented.
4 · Exterior
Ground-level roofline, gutters, siding, windows, concrete, drainage, foundation warning signs and exterior cleanliness. Photos & recommendations only.
5 · Energy
Solar app/gateway status and visible condition when present; otherwise solar/battery/EV/efficiency suitability review.
Visit deliverable: NextLvl Home Scorecard (Green / Watch / Action). Not a code, engineering, roof, HVAC, electrical, or certified solar inspection.
